Standard economy delivery is FREE on all orders!
We currently only ship to the UK from our online store however, if you are outside the UK and see something that you need, do please get in touch and we'll do our best using our international couriers. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Bear Necessities will not (on ethical grounds) under any circumstances accept orders from or deliver to Belarus, Iran, North Korea and Russia.
When you place a non-online order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee when processing orders other than through our online store.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
